Delivery and Order Tracking

What are your current delivery charges?

Our current delivery charges are:

FREE standard delivery on orders over £75 (3-5 working days) to mainland UK* (Excluding orders for SPC Spill Control products which are subject to specific carriage charges available on request)

Standard (free) delivery times are around 3-5 working days depending on stock availability. Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as carrier performance or customs clearance may affect your order

Next day delivery (by 5pm) is available on orders placed before 12 noon to destination in mainland UK depending on stock availability. Orders are dispatched by Fed Ex, UK Mail, DHL, APC or CITYLINK and subject to their Terms and Conditions.

* The Highlands and Islands, off-shore islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to a delivery premium - please contact our Customer Services Team for an accurate quote.

How can I track an order?

To track an order you can contact our Customer Services Team on 01389 830408.

You are able to view your order history on the “My Orders” page of your Account.

How can I return an item?

We want to you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01389 830408 to have this authorized and a Returns Number allocated. Any non authorized returns may be rejected.

If a credit is agreed, where the Buyer has ordered goods in error, then a charge will be levied to cover inspection, handling, re-stocking and administration (normally 25% of Nett value).
